- 50% Deposit required within 10 days of booking. Booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Final balance due 60 days before arrival.

 

- Rentals start Sat. between 4 pm - 6 pm and end Sat. before 10 am

 

- Please inquire about long term rentals.

 

- Our further rental conditions, not included in the rental prices are:
* Security Deposit of €750 (can also be an equivalent amount in $US, $Canadian, $AUS). Normally will be reimbursed at departure less damages.

 

 

- Cancellation Policy:
* If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the planned arrival date, 20% of the balance will be charged.
* If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days before the planned arrival date, 50% of the balance will be charged.
* If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, an 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
